6km / 67 minutes on the treadmill. Walking at a variable speed between 4.5kmh and 6kmh (mostly at 5.5kmh).
Feeling good because this is the first bit of deliberate exercise, other than a gentle walk outside every now and then, in about two months. I sweated and everything. Speaking of which... I think I'll go have a shower now.

67 minutes! You are nuts...but will soon be nuts and much skinnier. Good on ya!
I wasn't running! I was watching a movie and decided to stay on the treadmill until it finished.
Good on you for all that effort. Keep it up and you will fade away to a shadow. I hope the effort had some long term benefit, like you wanting to do it again just to prove you could.
